Manuscript Submission: The Kings and Queens Journal of Advanced Computing and Artificial Intelligence (KQJACAI) welcomes original research manuscripts in the fields of computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and related domains. Submissions must be previously unpublished and must not be under review elsewhere. Authors are expected to ensure the authenticity and originality of their work, with all external sources or borrowed ideas appropriately cited in accordance with academic standards.
Manuscripts should be submitted via email to editor@kqmucpub.com.
Language: All papers must be written in English.
File Format: Submissions must be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
Page Layout: Manuscripts should be prepared in a single-column format.
Font Style: Use "Bookman Old Style" for all text.
Font Size: Title/Main Heading - 12 pt bold; Body Text - 10 pt regular. Section headings should also be bold.
Submission Length: The full manuscript should not exceed 15 pages. Files larger than this limit may be rejected. Submit manuscripts as email attachments only.
Manuscripts should include the following components (with additional subheadings as appropriate):
Abstract: The abstract should provide a concise overview of the study’s objective, methodology, principal findings, and conclusions within 100–250 words. Write in past tense, use full sentences, active voice, and third person. Avoid abbreviations, references, and figures.
Keywords: List 4 to 10 keywords immediately after the abstract, covering the central concepts of the paper. Define all non-standard abbreviations at first mention. Use SI units and recognized terms like AI and CPU without expansion.
Introduction: The introduction must outline the context of the study, identify gaps in existing research, and clearly define the objectives. Briefly review relevant literature and emphasize the significance of the work, especially for interdisciplinary audiences.
Materials and Methods: Provide a detailed description of the methodology, including data sources, tools, experimental setups, algorithms, and evaluation techniques. Reference established methods and note any modifications. Include software versions, hardware specifications, and the names and locations of manufacturers when relevant. Permissions must be secured for reused tables or figures.
Results: Report findings in a clear and structured format, using appropriate visuals. Avoid interpretation. Use past tense for new findings and present tense when citing established results. Do not include citations in this section.
Discussion: Interpret the results in relation to research questions and prior studies. This section may be merged with results under subheadings. Conclude with a focused summary that outlines implications, limitations, and possible future directions.
Acknowledgments (if applicable): Recognize individuals, institutions, or funding agencies that contributed to the work but are not listed as authors. This section precedes the References.
References: Use APA referencing style. Number references as they appear in the text. Sample formats include:
Tables: Tables should be clearly organized, numbered sequentially, and double-spaced. Include meaningful headings and any explanatory footnotes. Tables must stand alone without duplicating information elsewhere in the manuscript.
Figures: Submit high-resolution images in GIF, TIFF, JPEG, or PPT format. Each figure must have a unique number and title. Include comprehensive legends that explain symbols and annotations used.
Equations: Number all equations sequentially. Ensure that all symbols and variables are defined either in the equation or immediately after. Use SI units wherever applicable.
Images: Insert images in their relevant sections without borders. Where needed, place images at the end of the manuscript. Ensure that they are clear and appropriately scaled for clarity in publication.
Copyright: Authors must affirm that their submissions do not violate copyright laws. Once accepted, authors are required to sign a copyright transfer agreement with KQJACAI.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: By submitting a manuscript to KQJACAI, authors agree to abide by the journal’s terms and the applicable laws within its jurisdiction. Disputes shall be settled by the appropriate local courts.
